“My mum went into Frampton House July and August 2016. It was a very stressful time, but the deputy manager came to see mum and spent time explaining what they will do to support her and get her walking again.

When she arrived, she was greeted by all the staff who were so kind to her and true to the deputy manager’s word, she got walking. The time they spent with her, along with the care they gave was excellent. From the manager, deputy manager to all the staff, thank you for making mum’s stay so perfect. This is a true care home.
